After cutting, did you re-weld back or close up the area you cut? If not, do you get any debris inside? Any tips you can provide? Basically I've pulled and hammered out my fenders as much as I can. What's holding me back from pulling the fenders more is the double walled fender and I can't clear my wheels because of it. I'd at least like to reduce the upward flare I have and pull the fender out some more.

currently I'm in the works of having it re-welded...
I trimmed the lip instead of rolling...
so after trying to flare some more the outer and inner rear fender have seperated slightly
I want to cut the inner fender well back about 4 inches and re-welded it to the top of the outer fender...
does that make sense...
I wnt to keep the stock fender look but redo the inside since there is space to be had...

It's kinda hard to explain...
What I meant was cut the inner fender back some so that it meets the outer fender about four to five inches back instead at the edge...
