I did mine today now i have plenty of clearance for more low, the lip of my wheel sits an inch for the bottom of the fender now, ill try and take pics tomorrow. I did cut the inside layer but did not re-weld it
Cool, looking forward to the pics. Would be really helpful. Do you get any debris at all?
Your paint does not match. Sry. thought id let ya know
Obviously taking such care in noticing my picture you failed to see the difference in lighting. Cars freshly painted pretty sure it matches. "sry" your blind.

no debris that i know of but i do ocassionally get the burned tire smell in the cabin, i'm not sure how the smell comes through tho cuz every panel is covered....my suggestion if you are going to do this, make a precise minimal cut where your tire rubs....my driver rear tire is the only one that rubbed at the tip/corner where the flat surface meets the sidewall...on to the pics
shitty cut but it got the job done...no more rubbing at all unless theres a major dip or small pot hole i can't avoid

What are your rear specs again Dan? Looks awesome!
I`d be worried about that hole gouging up the tire, could you have just bashed the sheet metal in with a hammer? I`m seen that done before when just a little bit more clearance is needed.
Lol I know how you fe I'm goon to do it myself here shortly...
Maybe a week or so
Litoflow might have had a shop do something similar...
Yeah somewhat. Except the whole cutting the inside fender wall deal. I Started hammering the fender inside out with a secondary hammer supporting the outside. Did it at first myself then i let the shop do the rest.

Man i'll be worry Dan if the fender cuts into the tire on a big bump that you cant avoid like you said. Hammer it in at least

fronts: 18x11 +10
rears: 18x12 -20
i did hammer the fender out a little bit before the bondo took place but even that wasn't enough, honestly the tire doesn't hit what so ever lol i've already been over a few dips/bumps to be sure of it and nothing messes with the tire!...litoflow's fenders have nice work done to them all from hammer work if you haven't seen those

you could have drawn that cut a little better, but you had ***** to do it...
Also:
what you think about spraying the exposed metal with a truck bed lining/plastic dip to protect from the elements?
I'm doing this tomorrow...
yes i could've done a better job but i was being impatient and didn't wanna clean it up lol its still unfinished, i need to make slits then bend the pieces back towards the second outer layer of metal on the inside...bed liner is a good idea! just make sure no matter how you drive the Z it wont rub!
