From the bumper the the fenders I suspect... I've noticed it on my Z before too (stock paint)... I think it may have something to do with certain angles and the light messing with the color.

It's prob the angles and also the material of what is being painted. Metal vs fiberglass or poly is going to come out different. Hard to match in most colors.
