Question Your thoughts on gold rims

How many of you actually like seeing a Z with gold rims on and a polished lip? Something like what Top Secret has on their Z project car. Would bronze be better?

Looks good but I prefer something a bit more subtle. Bronze looks really good! Sorta like golds with brake dust on em!!!

gold is nice, but its gotta be on an equally bright car, if I had gold on my car youd look at it and see 2 gold discs, you wouldnt see it as a car with nice rims, but instead nice rims with a car. most colors of car would have trouble being the focal point with a bright gold rim.

I'm considering getting gold rims for my car. I'm currently torn between gold TE-37s and gold Advan RGs. So far the Advans are up because they're cheaper.

Mr B, the gold with the polish lip would like nice on White and Black cars in my opinion.

Yeah, it would nice on those, but I think gold would work on other colors too. In Japan, it seems that gold is the new "bronze" look over there. Bronze is way over played and now they're going for gold. Just wondering what people here thought of it. Keep them votes coming!

That was the tough part for myself too. I was stuck between the Volk TE-37, GT-C, GT-7, and the GT-U.

Well I think gold with a silver lip look great on either silverstone or white. I wouldn't stick them on any other color. But that is my personal view.

The ones on the frist pic are excellent.
