i like mine in dry traction a lot actually. Almost as good as the previous bfgoodrich kdw2 tires. But they do suck in the cold. I don't have problems in the rain loke other people on this site either. It's perfect in rain and even snow.

search for 'nitto 555' + 'rain' on the forums and see how many ppl have wrecked their z's on those tires in wet conditions.
i know you asked about dry conditions but.. just an fyi.

The dry traction was decent but I noticed a nice improvement when I got Dunlop Direzzas. Even better with Azenis.

i have the street tires as we speak. I speed in the rain and corner in the rain this past month, no problems whatsoever. Whereas the stock potenzas just sucked all over.
