no you won't rub.

yeah, i'm pretty sure if you go up a tire size to 285 in the back then you will rub. but with the 275 you should be fine =)

5. You wont mess up your suspension if you drive unalign, but you might see some uneven tire wearing espeically with the long drive that you have. Maybe you should avoid driving it for couple weeks. It is acutally a good idea to wait a week or two before you get alignement so the springs can settle in.

the stock springs need to settle with new wheels?
or do you mean after i get the springs, let them settle for a week, then get it aligned?

good thing my mom's going to be out of town for a few days, i can borrow her car.

you have to let the Tanabe springs to settle before getting an alignment. I was going to wait two weeks but had a busy schedule so i just took my car on very harsh roads and did an alignment after a week.

Yeah, I meant after you get your lower springs, let it settle then get it align.

for question #4, maximum tire pressure has nothing to do with anything. Some will have higher, some lower. With your size tires and rim size, i like to put 33 psi myself. 34 in the winter. You really can't go wrong as long as you stay between the right pressures.

gotcha.

new question:
gf210's or nf210's? i know the nf210's spring rates are closer to stock #'s, and probably the best for daily driving but.... i don't particularly mind a rougher ride [it's already more rough than it was, what with sway bars and the wheels]. what else are the pros/cons for the two?

The gf210 will wear your stock shocks out faster since it's a lower drop on the car. Your car will feel ok the first month or two if you are lucky, then once your shocks are out, it's going to be pretty rough. I really didn't mind it either. It wasn't as bas as my previouis car.

Some people have had camber issues with the gf210 as well. A lot of people didn't, including me.

Of course, the Gf210 will look a lot better. Paired with my hotchkis sways, the handling felt REALLY good.

this is going to be suchhhhhh a noob question but.. i'm not at home so i can't look it up in my books myself right now and i hate our search function so here goes... if the shocks wear out, isn't that going to adversely affect handling?? and i don't mean daily-driving/freeway/city streets handling, i'm talking about hairpin-turns-on-canyons handling. i don't want to fall off my beloved mountain roads

You cant switch out the valve stems on the TPS units, the best you can do is paint them the color you want and/or add some nice rays valve caps. They are pretty much a one piece design and can't be taken apart. Last time I had my tires flipped, the shop actually broke one of the sensors by snapping off the stem part from the body of the unit...

It's not exact though, because I believe MethodRN (if I'm not mistaken) is running the same set-up (LE's instead of TE's ) and he does not rub...
I did rub until I cut my fenders.

As for question 2, the ray's valve stems can't be used w/ TPMS. The TPMS is one piece that can't be seperated.
