A Z french owner want to put that on his car, cause his body kit is very low at the rear + he want to add a drag look...

Yes but what does wheel diameter and rear body height have to do with one another?

Yes. Nismo and GT models have an 18/19 setup.

any benefit to driveability and handling over 18 or 19 all around? or just for the look?

Much more understeer with a staggered setup. Car walks around a bit and grabs a little funny on uneven surfaces, but you get used to it. Nothing bad enough that I would go back to a non-staggered setup. Front and rear sway bars may offset this, but I simply don't know (nor do I have first hand experience).

From purely a handling standpoint, I have to believe that the same size all around is going to be preferred.

EDIT: I just realize that wasn't exactly what you asked Everything else being equal, 18s are going to be less weight than 19s and give you a little more sidewall (a better ride to address your driveability concern). I would think that non-staggered 18s would be your best performance option, but that is based on a limited-experience opinion; I'm sure there are many others here with much more experience that can chime in.

I don't see any. There are racers who prefer a shorter sidewall, but no big deal for the street.
