Spacers are on.......
Since no one really post a thread showing photos on their spacers.... here are mine..... it makes those Rays' wheels look really good! So the cost is A LOT less compare to changing the wheels...

Thanks for posting pix! I haven't seent the spacers before on the Z yet.
Any handling characteristics changes?? Can you post more pictures showing how flush the wheels are? Maybe can you take pix during the day time?

I will try to post more pics soon!
As for the handling characteristics, I haven't really tested it out yet since I only got those installed about 3 hours ago.... and I haven't gone touched the car since! I will post more feedbacks later on... but as long as I feel, there is no negative side of handling effect on the way back, therefore I am quite happy with it!
As for the cost, since I am in australia, so I am not too sure what will they be over there in the states though... I paid 350 aus dollars for it so you can work on the exchange conversion based on the current exchange rate! ^^

the spacers do really make the wheels look better. however, i have heard that they are not good for handling and safety issues. is this true????
just wanna know before i invest in a set.

its adding one more peice that could break...
highly highly highly unlikely that they would, but anything holding the wheels onto the car which hold the car to the ground should not be skimpt on.
it looks good. but wider tires Im sure would feel better.

I cannot see how it will possibly give negative effect to the handling though as I don't have those spacers on the front that will change the turning characteristics.... but as for the stability wise, I think the wider track will help stablising the car though, that's why a lot of racing cars are using spacers as well... just my 2 cents here...
no doubt about it that ares is correct, shouldn't be skimpt on dealing with all of these safety things, therefore you really have to choose a reputable engineer/shop to machine one for ya according to your car's specifications. That's why this type of spacers are legal in australian whereas the "floating" one which does not even have the hub center ring isn't street legal at all!
