When I originally got my Z, the owner before me chipped the rims pretty bad in a couple spots. I'm about ready for new tires and someone is selling their stock (4K miles on their Z) rims and tires for $700.

Is it hard to transfer TPMS?
His Z is 2006....will the rims/tires fit my 2005?
Any issues I should be aware of for used rims?
Is $700 good for the stock 2006/2007 rims and tires?

What do you think my rims are worth? Few dings and 1 deep scratch.....just a rough estimate would be great.
