So after talking to Nissan again they tell me there final assessment of the car is that I need a smaller front tire and that will fix all my problems. I tell them I don’t want new tires and that I'm coming to pick up my car. When I get there they tell me that the only issue its having is the VDC off light comes on intermittently(sp) when its driven around sharp curves. But all the gauges are working. They make me wait about 30 mins than finally tell me to go see the cashier. I have a full Drive train and Bumper to Bumper to 100k miles so I’m thinking I own the $50 and I’m out of there. The cashier tells me I owe about $110.00 I ask her what for and she says the work they did to your car and your rental. I walked out to the service writer and asked him as nicely as I could at this point why I was being charged for the rental. He said your warranty doesn’t cover tires. I about blew up at this point. Longer story short I demanded a new set of OEM wheels (The car has aftermarket wheels on it when I got it from them and argued that if the wheel size was the problem and they warranted the car WITH the wheels it had they should cover the "repair" at no cost for me) argued that I paid my $50 for the warranty work and that my Bumper to Bumper covered the rental. It took me talking to the GM before they would drop the rental car charge. My final assessment of this Nissan dealership was that they were pissed off that it was a $15-$20 problem, noticed my front tires were about due to be replaced and wanted to sell me tires. When I didn't but there tires they tried to get the cost of the rental car out of me. Needless to say I will never go back there again. Thanks everyone for the advice.
