Default Paint over P/C?

Simple question... Just got my wheels PC black... I want to do the red lip... Do I need to do anything special or do I just mask off and paint? Thanks much and sorry if this is an easy question but I don't paint much

no sweat. paint them. i have used powder coating under paint to even act like a super strong color matched primer. you are limited in pc colors, so if you get a close match to your custom paint color, it helps having a stronger base like pc to help hide rock chips.
just sand with 400grit to knock off the gloss, and start spraying. no primer, no nothing.

the pc is already cured due to the baking, so you won't get any weird chemical reactions. yup, it is pretty easy, lol.
