Default Why couldnt Volk do these in the TE37!!!

I came across this today made by Agency power.. I sold my LE37s in a 19 inch and was thinking of doing this for my next set of Volks....

I wish they would release something like this, it would look killer on Daytona blue, Black, Silver, and white!!

http://www.istoreparts.com/agency-po...ue-p-5435.html

I tried to save and attach pic but it wouldnt let me so if you have a chance check out the link and lets get Volk to start producing these....

*Its worth a try, I know there is a bunch out there that would rock this style.
CE28 and TE37 Time Attack Gloss black or Flat Black with Blue pinstripe...

I thought Gruppe-S had some custom Sentra Rays done up like that.

you can get ANY custom color setup you want I think, you just need to pay.

i wouldn't trust anyone around my area to paint volks. so it'd just be an extra PITA for me. and i'm also trying to get my mind set on buy gtf's. i'd be in a dilemma in they actually made blue lipped te's.

SO spend $4,000 on rims and then spend another $300 on getting the lips painted... They should just make them they would sell like crazy!!

Working with Volk is like pulling teeth, its hard to get something like this specific I would imagine and not pay an extra $500+ for this setup since they would have to make a slightly different design up...

Plus it would probably be a 1 year wait for them!! We shouldnt have to pay anymore for this type of design it should be the same price as the current Time Attack is. Dont you think>?

Or you could buy used rims for 2,000, and paint them exactly how you want them for 300. Thus saving you money and giving you what you want.

good point which is something I considered... I only found one deal where it sort of made sense as they were bronze wheels that needed to be repainted nothing wrong with the rims... But lets go off what you said....

$2,000 Used rims
$400 for powdercoating
$150 for Volk Sticker
$150 for Center caps
------------------------
$2,700 SAME PRICE AS BRAND NEW So now all that headache of getting powdercoated ordering the odds and ends and the end result could be achieved for the same price with BRAND NEW wheels from Rays...

The other thing is its hard to find TE's for around $2,000 that dont have curbage or bent rims....

Good Luck getting Volk Stickers! Mackin gaurds those stickers with there lives!! You have to provide an original recepit for the wheels from an authorized dealer.

Yeah I know another LARGE kink in the whole process, hence why they should just make these to begin with!!

When I got my LE37s they lost one which had the Volk stickers in it... Coincidence... Hmm anyway when I got my replacement there was 2 sets of Volk stickers and rays stickers in there!! I gave the extras to my boy LEEMIK since he didnt have all of them and he has done nice things for myself but thank you slidefox for another HUGE point on why this wouldnt really work...

Although I do have a receipt from buying my LE37s....

On a side note, I would rather go new as I want to do 19X9.5 +12 and 19X10.5 +12.....+22 wasnt as aggressive as I want it to be...

It would work without the stickers, I mean the sticker doesn't make the wheel work, but prepair for the "Those are fake Volk comments"!!!

Maybe the morons would think they were fake... I have had a TE and LE I can spot the LE/TE fake from a mile away!! Well not a mile because I am not a hawk but you know what I mean, plus they would have Volk center caps, Volk stickers and the raised Volk, Rays, Forged etc writing embossed around the lip portion of the rim....

I am not looking to do this with used ones though.
I want Rays to make one so myself and 1,000,000,000 (Exaggeration) other people dont have to deal with that...
