^^ If your Nismo wheels are 18x8.5” front, and 18x9.5”rear, tire sizes are:

245/40-18” front and 275/40-18” rear.

You’re installing a very nice setup. Let us know what you think after driving on it for awhile.

would that be a good tire size set up for any wheel in those sizes? (i have VDC)

i was thinkin since my stock wheels are 18's and all i'll be doing is going wider... should i keep 'em at the 45 series? or should i go down to the 40?

sorry to thread jack... im just very lost

^^ You have VDS so it’s essential to keep close to the stock overall diameter which is: 25.9" front and 26.7" rear.

Your wheel width determines the tire width you can mount.

What size wheels do you have? (I'm guessing 18x8")

Surprised that you are shopping for NISMO wheels but have never seen the recommended tire size: http://www.courtesyparts.com/Merchan...ode=4030S-18SR

I have the same setup on my car (nismo wheels/swaybars/suspension)... you will be very pleased with the increased grip and handling. Like others have said, the recommended sizes are 245/40/18 fronts and 275/40/18 rears, PS2's are pretty much the best tire you can buy for that size. Track days are much more fun now!

is there a reason this site says the application for the LM GT4 wheels is for non-VDC models? My understanding is as long as you keep close to orginal overall diameter difference between front and rears, the wheels should work.
