Okay, i might get flamed for this question but i have no experience with wheel offsets. My buddy has a set of Volk VSXX off a Supra.
The specs are: 19 x9 +52 and 10.5 + 43 offset.
Am i able to run those on my 350Z? Or would the rims stick out??

No because those offsets are ridiculously off in this situation. 30mm spacers would be ridiculous.
look for something low offsets.

ya agree with everyone on the lower offsets
try to find 19x9 and 19x10.5 +22 all around
