Has anyone had a chance to look at or get a set of the new Konig Afterburners, if so please let me know what u think about them or pics would be nice. Im looking to get a set.

 

Although they are konig.. they do look pretty sick.

 

Are those the new ones with the faux titanium lip?

 

Well, youre in luck. I saw a Z with these wheels at the LAPD SWAT charity event a few weeks ago. Not sure if theyre on the forum..ive never seen this car on here.



Not quite as nice as Gram Lights

 

I agree.....i know theyre not as "classy" as the Gramlights that have the Ti lip but you cant beat that look for the price. Thanks for the help guys. If you happen to find anymore pics....post em up.

 

the all alone's and after burners are tight, i spoke with a konig rep at z nationals he wanted close to 5k with no tires, and 350zsource at the booth across from him was only asking $999. that was for staggered 20", they carry a real nice fat lip , i think the afterburners are the better of the two. ill post pics of em when i get home.

 

because of the brand the only way i think these wheels can look good is HUGE LIP front and back super low offset with a aggressive fitment sitting on the fender. anything else looks cheap.

then i kept my $ saved up a little more and found a nice pair of Volks
once you go Volk you dont go cheap.lol

 

Konig? Major yuck. Just for kicks I looked them up and, as expected, they only come in shitty widths and offsets.

 

Why does that car have those horrible bubble LED tails??? Why do people punish their Z's?

 

Yeah well between my wife and my two kids a car payment, bike payment, insurance on both, rent, cell phone bill, and all the other bills i dont really have the money to spend on Volks. I wish i did but you cant tell me that konig didnt step it up a bit from what theyre used to doing. I dont like the whole Konig idea but the wheels really impressed me for them.

 

i thought about those wheels....but the design of the spoke makes the lip look tiny....i think i will be going hungry till i have enuf cash for gramlights

 

These look terrible...not to mention that they don't come in the right sizes/fitments for the Z/G.

 

i saw this z at the stillen event, i forgot what offset he was runnin but it made the center too flush and didnt really show any lip.heres a pic of the 20x10.5 rear AFTERBURNERS i saw at Z nationals.
