I used the offset calculator and my current offset for my stock 18x8 are +33. The new rims will be 18x9.5 with +25 offset. Now I'm worried that they will not fit over my calipers because it's says my inner clearence will be 11MM LESS but the outer position will extend an extra 27mm. I don't get this offset stuff yet. So will I be ok with the rear caliper and not with the fender?
inner clearance only means the clearance between the wheel and the inner fender/wheel well.

The disk type will be what mainly affects your brake clearance. Low disk types will have less clearance, High disk types will have more clearance

I agree with you. 5mm is way different than 10mm when measuring stuff with critical values.

What do you do in your shop?

Is it a commercial operation?

I'm asking because I am interested and I am in your area (I'm in Edina, MN)
