It's not right to recommend a Volk/Rays wheel to anyone without mentioning the insane commitment to keeping the lip from being damaged. Their materials and techniques are impressive, the ownership experience can be frustrating. Oh, be back in a minute, I see the office sprinkler system just kicked on... I need to make sure they dont get wet and water spot And yeah, I have wax on them, so they *probably* wont.

I love reading threads like these on the net, some guy asks a simple question to some people he thinks are gonna point him in the right direction, and instead, it becomes a bigdick credit card explosion from some that still live in mommy's basement but have 40% of their vehicles value tied up in just wheels

I'm looking for new wheels right now too, but most likely won't drop 4grand on wheels, would like too, but for some the Zed is not the only passion. With a boat payment, 2 car payments, mortgage, 2 sportbikes, 2 dirtbikes, just bought my wife a new Acura, and insurance on all those, 4 grand seems a bit absurd.

So how about someone steer this guy and myself to a nice set of wheels for under $1500

Nismo's are conservative, but you simply cannot go wrong with them... ever. The pics dont do them justice, they look wicked in person. Nice wheels that arent bling, very lightweight, and same quality as the highest priced wheels.

Amen brother!

Who is Binster, and are the offers close to ebay? I really want something in black, but I am willing to look at everything except chrome or really shiny "steal my wheels" finish.
