Default Correct tire sizes?

Yes, billions of threads on this topic, but I need some advice because I am changing wheel widths so I am not used to different sizes and offsets.

I have 18x9.5F +20 and 18x10.5R +18
Tein S-techs.
I want a little stretch on the tires, just a little.
So I am thinking, (yes, 40 series)
245/40Z/18F and 275/40Z/18R.

Now with my offsets, will I be okay for no rubbage?

Or should I switch it to, 235/40Z/18F and 265/40Z/18R?

Pics with someones setup like this would be ideal so I can see it myself.
Much appreciated!

With those wheels ("I have 18x9.5F +20 and 18x10.5R +18") you will have plenty of stretch with the tire sizes you mention ("245/40Z/18F and 275/40Z/18R").

Chill...

my current set-up is at 18x9.5 18x10.5 +15 with 265/35 front 275/35 rear.

the fronts have a mild pull of them with the 265/35 and the rear sits flush to the wheel with 275s. if you really want a mild stretch just go with 265 all around. don't go with a 40 series either its just gonna make the tire look bubbly.

go with the correct rolling diameter so it doesnt throw anything off... i believe if you lower the car or hit any bumps it will rub with those sizes and offsets

a 245 on a 9.5 will have like a barely noticeable stretch...i say the latter option 235 and 265, youll have a good stretch

I think I am going for 245 on the 9.5f and 275 on the 10.5r
Does this sound good?
