I'd never tell people Volk or nothing, cause clearly there are other reputable rim manufacturers around (Work, BBS, Advans comes to mind)...I think it's more like get anything other than crappy rims (Rav's Vork Racing, Koing, Fast, whatever random bs name brand). Get quality rims and tires that match the Z imo.

haha back. SO your saying the Konigs afterburners don't fit the look of the Z because they say Konig on them correct? But the gram lights are hella JDM tight... Same looking rims just different name. I hear you on quality rims etc. It just doesn't hurt as much if something happens to these rims. Try getting the Gramlight Ti lips fixed he would make nice coffee tables though
And maybe my Honda comment was a little out of text. There are a lot of replicas. My Nismo front is Shines rep. I am not here to argue about knockoffs reps etc.
O well

I say the wheel is a personal taste issue. But I would have to agree with the people who said for this style, get the Gramlights, or get a different finish at least on the Konig. There's nothing wrong with not having money to blow on expensive wheels, and working with a budget. But buying lower end wheels, and then drawing a lot of attention to them is not a style I would go for. Get some decently priced solid color wheels that look good, but aren't trying to look like a super expensive wheel. For your budget, just look for some nice used wheels from members on here. Plenty of nice sets go for $1500 and less with tires mounted already. You would probably spend that much or more for those Konigs with tires.

ya.. after really researching on these rims and looking at plenty of pictures i don't think i'll be getting these.. especially on the price of gas in my area which is $4.91 the other day.. i think my mod money is going to the gas for now since it took me $72 to fill up the other day...
unless someone can point me in another direction on some nice set of rims.. i don't need tires since i have a hook up
thanks guys
