hey guys.. i am planning to get a set of rims soon and i stumbled onto a thread talking about ti lips.. i started looking more into it and found that konig has a set at a pretty decent price..and it toks great on their website.. so my question is.. would you guys get a set? remind you that i am in a budget.. and before i saw the konig afterburner i was about to get a set of mb weapon lol.. yeah im a cheap ***...lol..

 

i highly doubt anyones put these on a Z yet. give it a shot and post some pics.

 

They're pretty. It'd be tight if you had Ti exhaust tips to go along with them.

 

If you like 'em, get 'em. Too many people are addicted to Volks for whatever reason. It always seems if they aren't Volks, then they aren't wheels. Get what you like. (Unless they're spinners, then we respectfully ask you to sell your car and never drive again!)

 

There were pics of them on a Z somewhere and everyone flamed on them. Of course, 90% of the forum will call a wheel cheap quality if it isn't made by Volk. If you like them, get them.

There is a Supra in...Modified Mag I think? this month with those wheels. They look...ok to me. Kinda gimmicky, but as someone else said if you like them, then get them! I would definitely get them over the MBs.

well i cant affrd the real deal.. heince listing these two rims.. well i cant complain about konig.. since it was the first brand that i had way back when with my 93 NX2000..it held up great... i got nothing against volks.. its just that.. it cost so much! lol..

how about this... rims budget.: 800.00 or lower... with tires even better!

 

Nice wheels! Personally, I could care less what the "brand" is. As long as they fit right, look good (to the owner), and don't disintegrate when driving over potholes!

Oh, and light weight is a plus, too!

 

I'm not anti-Volk at all. I just think most are so pro-Volk it's kinda nuts.

 

I say get them, *** what everyone thinks! I only ask that you get the "right" offsets.

 

Go for it... but you'll need some spacers for them to sit flush.

 

i like volks, but whatever suites your style, go for it.

 

ummm there is way too much pink in the wheels to look good on a sports car I would think.
