Spacer Causing OEM Stud To Rub Rim

but I dont suggest you use those cut studs as is if you remove the spacers. You're going to need 5-7 complete turns on the lugs to be safe. Its not worth it. You can grab replacements pretty cheap. I'd scan the FS section and see if you can get some spares to have laying round, like if you decide to sell the car or get wheels with offsets that dont need spacers.

good job...i just saw this thread today, but what you did is perfectly fine and you can use the shorter studs with out the spacers so long as you get enought threads when you do so.
as for the circular gouges on the inside of your wheels - i would sand those sharp gouges out, thats how cracks form/start.
