Default BFG DR patch?

Can DR's be patched? I got a nice bolt in mine tonight that left me on the road for about 2 hours. Also they're getting pretty worn out on the inside, if it can be patched was gonna have them swap the tires on the rear. You can see the hole and the tread in the pic. Let me know what you all think.

You might as well just get new tires. It doesn't look like those will last you much longer

you could patch it but it wouldnt be too safe, i dont think.
