silver: easy to keep clean. You dont see swirl marks in the paint and when you rock chips they aren't as evident. nothing looks better than a rock chip free waxed black car though.

Black paint is tough to keep clean. With black you show inevitable swirl marks and scratches very easily. And with daily driving, it is a nightmare. I know because I drive 100 miles every week day. My front bumper is a monstrosity, and everyday when I see it I regret not getting a clear bra the day I bought the Z.

Nonetheless, everyone knows that there is no paint sexier than black when freshly cleaned. Black is hands down the best looking when clean. But that's only "when clean."

I am going to be honest. If I had to do it all over again, I might have gone with either the Carbon Silver with immediately switching the OEM wheels to matte black TE37's. However, I just might have gotten Magnetic Black with a clear bra! Black is just so appealing..

Get a black Z and get either black or gunmetal Volk GTC's.

Black will show every single mark. You'll end up hating it.

The white is beautiful and hides scratches, but shows dirt.

Photos of white 350Zs are in the white gallery.
Photos of black 350Zs are in the black gallery.

Sometimes I amaze myself.
