opinions on this setup
Ok after much searching and sizing up tires, thank you tire size calculators, lol. I think I came up with a decent combination which should achieve what I'm looking for, however, I'm no expert and wanted to see if there are any concerns before purchasing.
This is my daily driver which doesn't see road courses, if anything it woudl be top end on the highway or dragstrip. My main goal is a nice look while maintaining decent handling.
Factory 18's - 8" Front and 8.5" Rears
Falken FK 452
Front - 245 35 - would prefer 235, but they don't make a 235 35
Rear - 265 35
I understand 265's are a bit questionable on a 8.5" wheel that's why I stressed no road courses, hopefully shouldn't have to worry about much roll.
To help bridge the tire gap, Tein S-Tech should lower it enough to compensate for the sidewall difference.
Any thoughts or suggestions before I make my purchase??
Thanks!

Another option I was considering.
Front - 235 40
Rear - 255 40
DOH! Just realized Falken doesn't make a 255 40 - I considered the Toyo's, but it would cost me about another $400 and from what I've read, people seem pretty happy with the Falkens.

Wait till you get the money to buy better wheels and tires. The 452's are great, but 245/40 and 275/40 are the sizes you want. Either that or just run stock sizes on the wheels you mention above.
thanks for the advice bro, i will take it... money is tight right now anyways, ill just buy the falkens and put some mich ps2's on it and wheels at a later date. im sure these wont get me but 20k miles anyhow, that goes quick!
btw- this may sound stupid, but i like the look of the factory wheels on the 07's. could you recommend any good aftermarket companies that have a similar style?
Thanks again

I dont think you can put 245 275 combo on the oem wheels being only 8 and 8.5 inch, so you are looking at aftermarket wheels then tires in addition.
i can get the 4 falkens 225 245 for 650$ shipped to my door.

As mentioned below, yes you need wider wheels than the stockers or the ones in your first post to run a 245/275 combo. Just do the factory size or run a 245/40 front and 245/45 combo for now. Of course thats if you can't get a nice deal on 06 to 08 wheels with tires.
I have an 07 so I have the wheels I like, that's what I was complaining about actually. I hate replacing a set of wheels that I like, BUT I eventually want to go bigger so I'm kind of screwed. I'll just wait until I hit a few more curbs and they aren't so pretty anymore, haha.
