I need ur help guys

i am interested in purchasing these wheels from someone but Im not sure if they will fit because I have the brembo package, and if they do fit would they rub because my car is lowered two inches, please help

5 x 100/114.3/120/112 is the off set and they are 19's, the front are 19x9 an thats what im worried about and the rear are 19x10
275/30/19 in the back and 235/40/19 on the front

It's obviously NOT the offsets that are listed. It's the available bolt circles. I understand its really hard to comprehend. He is also looking at wheels on one of those crappy websites that list offset as "HPO/MED" meaning high positive / medium offsets. Since when was offset an opinion?
