Default Need 18x9.5 wheels to fit over StopTech 14" BBK

I'm trying to figure out what wheels will fit over my 14" - 6 caliper StopTech BBK. I have 18" SSR GT-7 now and they fit fine (8.5 +34 front 9.5 +37 rear), but I need a new set of wheels to use at the track. I used to have stock non-brembo brakes and used the 17" stock wheels for the track. I want to run 275s all around, but haven't decided if I want to run same tires/wheel front/rear or keep stock diameters by going 275/35 front and 275/40 rear and use same offsets front/rear or avoid using wheel spacers with different offsets front/rear. I test fitted one of my rear wheels on the front, but the tire (275/40) almost rubs the steering knuckle upright so I'll need about 5mm - 10mm less offset on the front than what my rear SSRs have.

So far I like these:
Enkei NT03+M +27 & +40
JIC J-Force 05 +30 & +38
JIC J-Force 07 +30 & +38
Rota Torque +28 & +35
Tenzo DC-6 +25 & +35
Work Emotion XT7 +30 & +38
Work Emotion CR Kai +30 & +38

but I don't know how much room is behind the spokes to clear the calipers. These are all 18x9.5" wheels.

I realize there is quite a bit of difference between some of these wheels, but style isn't important here, because they will be for the track, not to look at. Another reason for the difference is because I might get them right away for a lapping day in Dec. In which case I'll have to go cheap because I'm poor from buying the BBK. If I wait and use my street wheels and tires for the lapping day, then I can spend more on the wheels. So I'm open to suggestions, as well. If anyone has any experience with the wheels listed above or just fitting 18" wheels over a 14" StopTech BBK, I'd appreciate the help.

Thanks

NT03's for track wheels would be great, 9.5's +27 will work front and rear, but i would get the 10.5 +30 rears. They do fit fine over a BBK and will work great with a 275/35 275/40 combo.

If your looking for cheap , get MB weapons and 5 Zigen FN01's in 17 inch. They do clear the BBK's and work great with 275/40 front and rear , or 255 , 275 combo's.

You kow Enkei & WORK// are far superior to any other wheel you posted? For track use go with the Enkei. They are cheap and very strong. You migth want to look at ADVAN as well more expensive but also made by Enkei and they are M.A.T wheels with a cold spun forged barrel. I use ADVAN and love the offests. They are prefect offsets for my needs.

With a 275 on the front anything more than +24 or more positive offset and you will hit the inside upright.

As far as fitment you can ask the wheel dealer to download the brake template from Stoptech Wheel Templates and tell you weather it fits before you buy.

If he tracks his car he wants to keep the offsets as close to OEM to keep the suspension geometry the same. Anything with more negative offsets changes the lever arm and moment between the tire and the suspension pivot point. On the front the scrub radius will increase.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm leaning towards the NT03's because of Enkei's reputation and the price is right especially for a race quality rim.

Not to start this whole discussion again, but I thought it was determined the FN01's would NOT fit over the StopTech 14" BBK. Maybe I misread the final determination. I know there was some confusion about whether the template was printed correctly and when they verified the correct size of the template, it did not fit in the FN01.

Yeah, Enkei and Works are the better wheels in my list. The Enkei aren't much more expensive than the others, but $300 is my break point for expensive when it comes to wheels. The Works wheels are expensive enough that if I go with the cheaper wheels that would almost offset the cost of the tires to go on them.

I looked into the Advans (I've seen your blog and got the specs for your wheels), but they are outside my budget. Sweet setup you have though. I guess I should've been a jet pilot.
