Default Tire shop scratched rim (small)

I went to Americas tire co. and had my 275/40/18 Goodyear F1 rear tires flipped due to camber issues. He gave me a deal to do them because I already had the tires off the car and charged me only 25 bucks. He calls me an hour later and I go to pick them up and I find a small scratch/chip on one of the rims. We never did looked at them to see if they were perfect but I know they where because when I took them off my car I was checking them out. I am an **** guy when it comes to my car and was really pissed. I was talking to the younger manager about it and he just said "we didn't do that, nothing could cause that" "I'm not dealing with it" then directed me to a paint shop. I don't know if I should go back and speak to the main manager or what or just swallow it since its really small. Yes I know there just Rotas but I don't care I like them and keep my ride super clean. What would you guys do. I may get flammed but hey Just wondering if others were as **** as I am.

Have the manager bring out the guy that did your tires. Have him get real close so he can inspect the damage closely.

Now the next steps are very important.

1) Step behind said idiot
2) Place hand behind idiot's head
3) Apply quick and full pressure in a downward motion
4) Buff and polish remaining residue (aka blood and brain matter) and make sure dried blood has completely filled paint chip area. If not, repeat step 1-4.
5) Thank manager and peon.

I guess I am just going to bite my tong. Ill paint it when I get the right red. If I wanted to I bet I could make them fix it but Its such a hassle and also makes me look like a di*k.

does the wheel come painted like that? looks a bit odd to have all that extra area painted red. Should have just painted the rolled lip part and stopped there.

that could very well be a rock chip.

They came like that from Rota. And I doubt its a chip because I checked the rims before and they were perfect and also the scratched looked so fresh. I have a rock chip on the front rim and it looks nothing like that
