Default Wheel size and offset question

I'm thinking about buying some 20" Volk GT-7 wheels for my '06 350z. The specs are 20 x 9.5 (offset: +22) up front and 20 x 10.5 (offset: +24) in the back. The tire set-up is 245/35/20 and 275/35/20.

My question is whether I can achieve an aggressive look with this set-up and if the wheels will be flush with my fenders (possible stick out a tiny bit in the back ? Sorry for the noob question, I am new to the forums! Thanks!

you would need a spacer to achieve the more aggressive look. Probably a 15mm or maybe even a 20mm spacer. Depends on how aggressive you want to go... Ask some of the experts in the stretched/aggressive wheel thread...

No, you’re not running savage offsets nor do you need aggressively stretched tires. The wheels should be flush against the fenders. You probably need spacer if you want the rear to stick out.

for aggressive you'd need spacers and 225 and 245 tires.

what you spec'd is run of the mill. it will look like every other volk setup.

You will be good flush but not "rolled fender flush".

Stretch is the rage. Destroys the sidewalls but what the hell. Looks cool. That’s what counts.

+1...I think 275/35 will look a little bit too "beefy" on 20's

30 series is the ticket for 20" rears. Having a nearly identical setup, I would suggest a 275/30/20 for a bit of a stretch, and 285/30/20 for a bit more meet.

If I stick with these wheels, I'll likely go to a 285/30/20 or 295/30/20.
