In your situation like I posted, Nissan probably opted to do the repair in lieux (not sure if that is spelled right) of having the complaint for shareholders to see. BBB can not force them to replace anything.

I edited my post about a chargeback option for you. That is the best and fastest way to get your money back.

Time statute shouldn't matter when he has paid for something he has not received and is getting no help from the vendor.

What bank does OP have?

If the person you're speaking to on the phone when you call can't authorize a charge back then ask to speak to his supervisor. Do this until you get to someone who can!!! For your bank to say they can't do anything because of how long it's been is absurd. They can if they want to, it's now your job to be such a PIITA that they want to help you.

Man what kind of crap is that. Another thing that gets me is why the hell can't they get your wheels when you sent the others back. That should cover them paying for the new ones. I feel for you man. At this point you are at the mercy of F1 and I suggest not pissing them off because they will drag it out and be reluctant to help. even though you must want to punch them in the teeth.

Like David and I both suggested though, I've always been told you're not talking to the right person if they can't authorize what you need so ask them who can make that decision or get the bank president's email address and shoot an email of events. When presidents get emails for things that should be handled by lower level management heads roll and things move quickly. Email the director, manager, president, anyone you get if there is no help over the phone after speaking with a manager. These are all public information for publicly traded companies and should be on their investor relations site.

Angry NEVER order from Blair Techology Group (BTG)!

Bro, I know how you feel. I bought old dell gx270 computer (needed it as a second PC than my main one, main one is custom built) from this company called "Blair Technology Group" back in August 2008. Computer worked for about a month. Then all that came on was a orange light around the power button. I did some research and found out that model has a lot of motherboard issues (I do pc repair also so I know that is what was wrong). So I called them up and said "Computer worked for about a month, now stopped working". So I shipped it back. I called them once every week to check the status and all I would get is the run around.

**** like... "Our returns manager is out to lunch." "Our returns manager is out with this kids". "I'll have him call you as soon as he get's back".

Every single time it was the same **** over and over again. So then I started to call them everyday for the past week until they got sick of me. I told them, either ship my computer back fixed or give me a full refund...it's not that hard. Then after the guy "promised me" that they would call me back the same day... they didn't. So the next day I said alright I'll just file a dispute then. It was pass the 45 days of course but I was able to convince the CC company/paypal to send a curtosy email to the company saying like "Yo you stupid bitches, send this guys computer back or refund his money ****** clowns!".

Anyways, the one guy I was talking too (the middle man to the returns manager)...I called back after that manager got off lunch and he handed the phone to him right away. Then he said it is fixed and shipping back today.

*** what a story, but yeah it's ******** and I know exactly how you feel bro.
