Agree. Your agreement is with F1 Motorsports. Other parties are secondary. F1 Motorsports took your money. Sounds like they are passing the buck.

True test of a company's character is when a customer has a problem and how they handle it from there. Anyone can take money, fill orders and ship stuff out, but this is really disappointing if F1 doesn't at least come back with an explanation with what they are doing to help this customer out.

And I'm also guessing their reputation isn't worth more than $2700 to them. Sure they might keep $2700 from screwig the OP but they're probably gonna lose alot more than that now in the long run.

That is some ******** right there. Why should you have to take the loss for an error made by someone else?

I hope you get the wheels you PAID for.

That is effed up. I was looking to get a quote for some rims/tires. Mental note to self: "I now know who not to go and ask..."

To the OP, hope you get this sorted out in a fair manner soon.

Thanks fellas. Im really bummed about the whole situation. I was floored when Aun told me he wouldnt refund me my money. All I want is the MF wheels I ordered! He all about telling me how HRS is screwing him over for this other set. How is that my problem. What about the customer? yea, the one who paid ya $$$.

One thing I have noticed is that it doesnt seem like they are on the boards anymore. I would love if Chris chimed in. Chris doesnt work for F1 anymore. FYI to you guys for future reference if ya cant get ahold of chris.

Him and Pat have been tring to get Aun to do the right thing. At least thats what both keep telling me. Pat promised to call me tommorrow. Lets see what goes down. Good thing I didnt order my tires thru them as well. Then I'd really be short.
