Default Need help/info

I dont understand when you guys type yur wheel specs and stuff, like: 295/30/19 rear, 265/30/19 front, michelin ps2. Running -2.5 camber all around. Rim widths are 9.5/10.5. Offsets are +7 front (after 10mm spacer)/ +18 rear"

Could you guys explain wat those numbers mean exactly? like wat does 295, 285, 295 and -1.5 or whatever have to do with wheels? can there be 300 or higher too? also, can you explain wat offsets are? some ppl stated that their offsets are 35 and stuff, thanks.
