Default Should I install spacer before or after alignment?

Hi guys, I need some spacers front and back for my rims.

I have bad camber now after installing the coilovers and new rims. I have ordered camber kit to fix it. But people say after alignment the camber will change hence space between wheel and fender may change. I am worry that the gap will be different alignment and 10mm spacer willl be too wide to put on after.
Or if i get an alighment first, do i need to do it again after installing spacers?

any wheel experts please chime in? thanks

Before. Pushing the wheels out farther w/ the spacers can affect your camber and also if you're close to being flush w/ out the spacers and you run a certain camber spec....then putting on the spacers afterwards may cause you to rub.

If you are going to alter the suspension plus new wheels and spacers, do the alignment after you are done.

Problem with installing the spacer before is how do you know what size spacer you are going to need if you're currently way out of spec? With a ton of negative camber right now, if I measure now and buy a spacer, it might be too big once my camber is back in spec.

I guess I'm trying to determine how big of a spacer dictates getting a second alignment after adding the spacer. I realize that the "best" option is to do a before and an after, but I'm not looking to spend an extra $100-$150 on an extra alignment if it isn't necessary. The local shops that offer lifetime alignment seem afraid to touch my lowered and spaced ride.

NOTE: Sorry for cross posting. I had been searching in vain and finally advanced search netted me this thread. I posted on here before I realized that I'm not a premier member, so I can't delete the thread that I created.

SPACERS DO NOT affect your camber. Not a chance in hell!

If you already have spacers, put them on FIRST, get your alignment. You may need to run more negative camber to clear for the spacers and if you communicate this with the alignment shop this shouldn't be a problem.

If you don't have the spacers, get an alignment first, then measure for spacers and put them on. They WILL NOT affect your alignment after the fact.

Those are the RIGHT answers, close the thread before you get more stupid information.
