what if i put 19" x 9.5" at the back, and lower the car also, do i need to roll the fender too?

There's nothing to worry about on rolling fender. I have mine rolled and it still looks almost like stock.
Failsaf3 and I will be meeting tomorrow night in Santa Clara. If you want to see the difference between 9.5 et 22 and 10.5 et 22, pass by tomorrow night at SpeedRing in Santa Clara.

I am running TE37 with 9.5 and 22 offset on the rear.
I also have the S-tune which dropped it about 3/4 of an inch. I would not want to go more than that, personally.
Absolutely no problems... except for some negative camber in the rear.

9.5 rear with a 22mm should be ok with drop
now a 9.5 rear with a 12mm offset with a drop you need to roll fenders.

Will a 22mm offset yield a nice big llip like on your TE-37s?
I noticed Fairlady Z in Japan has a 22 offset in rear and I dont think he has any lip.
