Default 18" Wheels on the Z

Just put new wheels and tires on the Z. The wheels are Maas 023MB 18". The pictures were taken with iPhone camera so the quality isn't the best. I know I need a drop but I had to get new wheels immediately.. my stock tires had below 0 tread and were about to pop. I happened to come across these on Craigslist for $700 and couldn't pass up the deal, they were from his wrecked Z.

MOD: Please delete my thread in Exterior & Interior.

Giant fender gaps are not my taste. I only say that because the style of wheels seem to make it look like it. I'd like to see a side profile. What are your offsets?

Wow. So not the right size and offset for a Z. You should have spent the 700 bucks on some new tires for your stock wheels man. Those are horrid. Sorry.

What's the correct offset for the Z? These may be temporary.. I just really needed tires quickly and they were local. The only thing I really had to go by was that they.. well, fit.

Z stock offsets are +30, +33. Pop some 10mm spacers on there and you'll be good to go. Go for 20mm or 25mm for a more "flush" look.

The offset and wide of the wheels are so wrong...
Next time, do more research before...

guys I think that the offset really isnt THAT important! The wheels look great and ride SMOOTH as hell. Every time I used to get the car over 80mph it would vibrate hard and I had to slow down... I went 120 on these tires and it was still very smooth..!

those wheels are killing the Z's look..

which part of the wheels is killing the look? The tires are to low profile? The offset is wrong? I actually like the look of the rims..

Profile view is up for those who wanted to see it

what types of wheels and tires do you guys prefer on your car? I may just sell these and buy a pair of OEM 350z 06'+ wheels.. Does anyone have any suggestion for good looking black ones? Thanks

Tire specs are 225/40/18. Not to much different from the stock 235/50/17 and 225/50/17.

Those tires look absolutely terrible on the Z. To me the offsets are the least of your concern. Their too thin and they are ugly as hell on the Z.
