You'll definitely need some spacers. This guy has a similar setup, although the brand is completely different the rim looks exactly the same.

As others have mentioned, Rota makes a wide variety of wheels in ideal fitments for the 350Z. The majority of the wheels are available in 18x9 +20 front / 18x10 +20 rear fitments and will not require spacers.
The Flat Black SVN would look awesome on your car, here's this setup on our shop Z
