Do you still have the stock set up around? If so, put them back on and drive around until they read the tire pressures and then switch back to your new wheels and you should be fine. You will still get a light on the dash whenever you drive over 75 miles but it doesn't flash and it turns off when you turn off your car. Do a search of "TPS" and you will see prior discussions on this.

Did you take off the TPSs and transport them in your car? If so, the computer sensed there was no air pressure and is flashing the warning so you need to put them back on to get a new reading.

Hope this helps.
