Since the black wheel thread seems a little slow I'll come here.
Whats some opinions on these? Would be on a PPW 350 with a V2 kit...
Would the rears need a spacer to flush them out and if so what size? I don't want super aggressive... just enough to look flush with the fenders on 285 or 295 tires with a drop and fender roll.

depends what you want to do and the look you want. If you want the lowered/stanced look the higher offset will be oeasier to work with. I have +12s with those widths and they stick out alot. Some people like it i think it looks aggressive but alot of people like flush or even in the wheelwell so they can lower their car alot.

'12 G37S Sedan...
So I was wondering if ya'll want to help me with some wheels for my G37S I have? Not looking to go as aggressive as my Z but a nice overall look and not that hellaflush/stretched look at all!
OEM wheel/tires specs are: 18x7.5 +45 225/50-18 (F), 18x8.5 +50 245/45-18 (R)
So I'm leaning towards the HRE 794RS 3-piece in 20's, maybe 19's. Thinking a 9.5(f) & 10.5(r) will keep it nice.
Ideas?
