Question Just bought the Do-luck Widebody kit, Need Wide Rims Help.

Looking at getting the workmeisters sr1 3 piece rims. Or possibly Something from modular society, i know its not race but F'it. There pretty sexy rims and I cant drive my car fast in hawaii anyway.

Here is what my situation is. Front fenders are 10mm wider, rear fenders are 30mm wider. I am running the Rotora BBK 6pot fronts and 4 pot rears. I believe the rotors are 14.5 or 15"

Here is what I want.
1. As much dish as possible.
2. Slight poke of the rim outside the fender well.
3. Wheel Stretch.
4. As wide a rim as possible. I am pushing 400hp so wide is not a problem.
5. As little clearance as possible away from my BBK's

Any suggestions on the setup I should be looking at. I was looking at the workmesister chart and its all greek to me. I dont even know what they mean when they say disk type.

Here is the link to the chart.

Thanks for any help.

I really like those type of rims but there such a pain in the **** to keep clean, so many surfaces within the rim.

Try looking on ebay and the silvia forums. There was a guy that lives in japan always selling crazy offset wheels for decent prices.

thats the thing, i really dont know what offset to look at. I am running +29 in the rear with a 5 mil spacer so +24 and I have a little poke. Pushing out 3 mil or 1.18in more on the fender will allow me to go to what a 12.5J rim I am guessing. I see people running 11J rims on stock fenders rolled. With that much more room I figure a 12.5J rim will give me the poke I want without using a spacer.

So based on that, rim width for the rear, would the offset stay the same? at +24? I would think it would since I am going with a wider rim. If I stayed with the same rim I would assume the offest would go from +24 to +21.

Am I wrong?

As far as the front, I am running +30 on a 9.5J rim. The fender is going to push out 10mm more. What would be the best rim size to fill the fender and give me the poke? And from there what would that offset be to give me as much dish as possible.

I want to start looking around but I dont know what would be the best setup to focus on.
