Hey guys, maybe someone can help me out.
Today i installed the Ichiba Wheelspacers V2 on my Z. I was backing out of my driveway and i heard a noise when my car dipped down a little bit. I never heard this noise before the spacers and was wondering if i should be concerned about anything. Anyone else experience anything strange with their Ichiba Wheel Spacers???

It sounded like a scraping noise, not exactly sure 100% i will have to listen to it more often to see if it comes back. I torqued the bolts down with a torque wrench.
you say they are the v2. were your stock studs sticking out far enough to be anywhere near contact with the back of your wheels? that is my first inclination ...
this is all a guessing game without being able to hear it and see it in person.

How wide are your spacers???
from what you described it sounds like at the dip your tire rubbed your fender...........
not anything from spacers....your just think its your spacers making the noise cause thats what you last did to the car, but its due to the spacers....not the spacers themselves...

it MIGHT be ur tire rubbin the inner fender. i have 25mm spacers and 275 rears and when i hit bumps in the road (especially when i have a passenger) i hear the tire rub. so it might have happened when u hit the dip. the fix to that would be rolling your fenders i havent done it yet im too lazy
try backing out of the driveway again......hitting that dip and once you hear the noise stop.....inspect your tires edge and look for contact marks......indications of your tires rubbing your fenders...
what size tires do you have?
what thickness spacers?

ok i finally checked everything out. Everytime i hit a bump a lil bit faster than usual it rubs. i pulled out of my driveway and parked the car at an angle and i see the tire rubbing a tad bit, but its nothing bad. All i have to do is fold the inner of the fender a little bit to prevent it from touching and i think i should be good. Im just glad its nothing major.
Fair enough. It sounds like you both have spacers that are too large given the rest of your set-ups.
To the OP, glad you got it figured out. I agree a slight fender roll should take care of it.
And here's my unsolicited comment of the day: I don't understand why people think it's impossible for their tires to rub just because they do not have lowering springs installed. If your offset & width combination is making the tire stick out enough, and you hit enough of a bump to make the OEM springs compress to the point where the tire wants to tuck up into the wheel well, you're going to rub.
