first set of rims
hey guys im guna be picking up my first set of rims for my z. the size of the rims are 19x9.5 +28et (front) and 19x10.5 +11et (rear). my question is will these rims fit on the z without having to roll the fenders? and also i dont really know too much about wheel spacers but would these need them?
well the thing about wide rims like that is when you make hard corner turns or just making a 20 mph turn into a street your traction control system will come on...because the cars thinks its losing grip............the rims are too wide...anyways thats my issue when i got some 19 with same spec like urs...
best option is to roll the rears. its not a hard process and in the end is def worth doing just incase of rub. with those offsets and that size rim you might want consider doing it. you might be a little far out so you may need a roll

His TCS is angry because he has the wrong size tires on. It has nothing to do with width.
OP, I would run a spacer on the front like 15mm or so. That will make the front offset +13 which is obviously much closer to matching the +11 rears.
You have a fairly aggressive setup. You will want to roll the rears. Once you do, you could probably run a tire size like 245/35/19 front and 275/35/19 rear.

OP - the rears will be a tough fit, do you know what size tires are on them already or have you begun to think about tire sizes? As David said, you may need to run the "stretched tire" look, which means you put a smaller tire than is typically recommended given the wheel width.
A 10.5" wheel should have a 285-sized tire on it at a minimum. 275 will have a little stretch, 295 would be ideal, 305 would be ok also.
Dont give advice when you dont know what you are talking about.

As for wheel size, front could stand to have a spacer. Rear size is aggressive and would work, but would require to modify rear fender if you decide to drop the car. You would also have to run some negative camber depending on tire size.
Give us tire brand and sizes and we'd be able to give you a better answer.
