Default 19x9.5 +22 vs 19x9.5 +12 vs 19x10.5 +22 up front

Before I place my order with Sharif, I am looking for information from people who have run the following up front (te37):

19x9.5 +22 - or - 19x9.5 +12 - or - 19x10.5 +22

My goals:

1) Keep my 19x10.5 +22 rear with 275/35/19 (Nitto NT555)
2) Run widest tire possible front/rear for best handling possible.
2a) Not upset VDC
3) Drop 1" to 1.2" in near future - will spend money on suspension mods to get required camber specs.
4) Little or no fender mods up front - would rather not spend money here.
5) No Rubbing! I have dealt with that in the past on other cars and I don't want to deal with it on this one.

As I see it, the pros and cons are as follows:

19x9.5 +22: commonly run, small lip, few clearance problems reported up to 255 section width.

19x9.5 +12: better lip, wider track, searching indicates example with up to 265 section width with some camber (OffsetZ33 for example on Stance coilovers and -1.9 camber, iirc)

19x10.5 +22: Not much info, I do see one guy running these down in mexico (donscar ??)... shouldn't this have roughly the same outward appearance as a 19x9.5 +12, with the extra inch being inboard?

Looking for anyone who can add information... will handling be negatively impacted by any of these options? What about inboard clearance? What tire can I run up front?

Thanks in advance.

VDC on the track does not get along with square tire setups. Staggered or non staggered as far as wheels really means very little as it's mainly about the tire. The wider the wheel, the heavier, and the more a "smaller" tire will be stretched. The further you push the tire out, the more the car tends to tramline.

There are no fender mods to do up front...it either fits or it doesn't, or you get wider fenders

Rubbing - the wheel doesn't rub, the tire does. No one can tell you "yes it will" or "no it won't" unless you list the exact tire you intend to use. Even then rubbing may be possible with either the 9.5 +12 or 10.5 +22 if the tire is of sufficient physical width (# on the sidewall being unimportant). A PS2 in a 265 and a Toyo T1R and a Toyo R888 in a 265 are vastly different in their actual size.

9.5 +12 can have clearance issues with certain big brake kits. Different wheel faces
