They've been in contact with me the whole time. They just keep pushing back the finish date. How long is too long to wait?

how long is whatever you will put up with, too long is waiting until it it too later to file a chargeback. call your cc company and see what your deadline is.

I've already opened the case. What are my options now?

I would think the wheel company will be calling now that the funds are being reversed. If the accounting/shipping depts talk to each other, expect a call any day now

GL. I hate getting yanked around. This puts a stop to it. Under promise then over deliver is the best shipping policy IMHO.

Yup, the manager called me the exact same day I told him about the claim. However, they've always been in contact with me via email. They just keep pushing back the date.

Yeah, had they told me it was going to take 2 months originally I wouldn't even be breaking a sweat now. The fact that they knew it would take this long and yet still told me they were almost done makes me question their morals and who they're looking out of for.
