i went through something like this, but it was the middleman distributor that screwed me. they charged my card the day i ordered them, and from that point on would not aswer when i called andswer emails or anything. i used my banks credit card for the purchase and called them as soon as it seemd fishy. i got the money back on my card, but i had a 90 window to file the claim.
if i were you i would let them know you are contacting your cc company to make a "merchandise not received" claim and go from there.

I would think the wheel company will be calling now that the funds are being reversed. If the accounting/shipping depts talk to each other, expect a call any day now 
GL. I hate getting yanked around. This puts a stop to it. Under promise then over deliver is the best shipping policy IMHO.

Yeah, had they told me it was going to take 2 months originally I wouldn't even be breaking a sweat now. The fact that they knew it would take this long and yet still told me they were almost done makes me question their morals and who they're looking out of for.
