i live in LA, California no snow moderate rain, mostly dry.

i am looking for a tire with good performance and good treadlife.

i have the original re040 tires on it and was looking towards the pilot all season.
i need and are forced to stay with the original sizing changing the size is out of the question. i am forced to stay with 225/50/17 and 235/50/17.

what tires do you guys recomend?
i was looking at the pilot sport all season and the continental extreme dw,

what do you guys think? will the all season tires performe better than the re040 on dry road since i am going to be mostly driving in dry. i know the re040 are terrible in wet.

suggestions cant drive the car till i get tires. missing the car
