They will fit and look very slightly more aggressive than stock 18" wheels.

No, the offset will be similar in look to your stock wheels. You could use spacers to compensate to your taste.

They won't look anything like you want. The lower the offset the further out they will go and the higher the offset the more they will look sunk in. You want a lower offset of atleast low +20

Those offsets/widths are really, really conservative. It's just not for the Z.
