Default Need new rear tires, Not sure which type?

I'm looking for some opinions. I've got a 2004 enthusiast on stock 17" rear rims, I'm only replacing the rear tires. I drive all year long, but will not drive in the snow, yet I do drive in warm, cold, wet, dry conditions and I'm looking for the best tire. I've done a lot of searching, and found that the summer tires will not perform as well in the dry-cold conditions in the winter, but that if I'm not driving in the snow I might not necessarily need a/s tires. Can you guys give me a few opinions? I'm unhappy with the stock rear tires I have now, and they need to be replaced. I've also read reviews and shopped on tire-rack, but many of the reviews come from owners of different vehicles, and I'm worried that they will perform differently on a Z.. Any positive feedback would be greatly appreciated!

If only doing two it's best to match what's on there now so all are the same. If that's not an option then you want to get something very close to the others so the front/rear works together as easily as possible rather than against. What model/brad is staying on it?

What is the brand and model of your front tires?

We need this information before we can provide any useful answer.

The stock tires are horrible, I would suggest you replace all 4.

Falken 452's are a somewhat inexpensive tire, I would give them a try.

I put 28,000 plus miles on this tire. Very pleased.

The Falken 452's look pretty good as well as the Eagle F1's which I had already looked at.. I just wanted a few supporting opinions..

Yeah I like my 452's but some say they wear quicker than the treadwear rating suggests. (I haven't noticed this)

The falken 452 looks like my choice.. You guys are happy with the wet/dry traction? Once again I dont care about snow because I'm content with not driving in that weather.

The Nitto 555 looks pretty good too... Good reviews but I'm not sure if it fits my needs. Does any body have some road experience with those?

Love my 452's wet and dry, and they hold up to light track use well too.

if you want to die driving in the rain, 555's are perfect for you.
