Just from looks alone....my guess:
You'll need new tires all around, cant tell spacer needed in the front, rear will need around 30mm spacers, and for springs you can go Tanabe GF210's or Eibach Pro-Kit for a 1" drop.
Those wheels/tires are totally wrong for the Z in almost every way.

OP,
there are tons of springs out there that will get you the drop you want......research that and decide what you want to go with.
It sounds as if your keeping the wheels, so that being said, read up and learn about spacers here:
