18x9.5 on stock 18" tire setup
Will this work with the stock tires? Will a fender roll or anything be needed?

Probably not but it ultimately depends on the offset of the wheels. I've run 18X9½ +15 wheels and not had any rubbing problems.

My +15s stick out 1/4" more than +22s do and I have 265 tires on them and no rubbing problems. Remember, the lower the offset, the farther out they stick toward the fender.

225 mm tire on a 9.5 inch wheel is a stretch. It will work sure. But would I drive with this combination? No.

it wont rub at all... I had a 265/45/18 on a 9.5 with a +5 offset and dropped an inch and i still didnt need to roll my fenders...
But I guess every car is different...
