Not the most loved wheel...
..but as a child of the 50s, they were my favorite and i had them on my '64 327 Malibu, my 73 383 Dart and even an Olds Vista Cruiser.
So, now they are on my 350Z which, In my opinion is quite a hot rod. 9" with 24mm offset rear and 34mm front. Ichiba spacers (20mm) both front and rear.
Custom Center caps are coming complete with Z emblems.
My AX wheels are light weight RPF 01s.

Admittedly the wheels in the first picture look better than that of your RPF1s. I know exactly why and that is because they look more aggressive than your RPF1s. An aggressive set of RPF1s would in my opinion look a lot better then the wheels in your first picture. In any case, all that matters is that you are happy.

Those wheels look great on the Z. Actually, I am really surprised how good they look. I have been looking at pictures of my old cars and love the American Torque Thrusts. I know they are available to fit the Z but I have been afraid to try them. Your wheels are similar to those. Here is a pic of my 1966 Falcon with American Torque Thrusts..This picture was taken in 1966 or thereabouts......................

Like you, I have considered these wheels and I am curious how they will look.
What finish are they?
IMO they have a classic and somewhat tough look. (I did have them on a Mustang once)

I'm pleased. I was nervous about them.
What?!? Where are the Volk Police?!? They can't still be retching can they? I like it Dennis! I think the lip and color match that what makes it work. I'd maybe gone one size up (19") or could use some drop for rhe wheel gap but may just be the picture.
What size/offset RPF1s are you running? Stock brakes, brembo, other? Which AX class?

I have a Hotchkis sway setup with Tein S springs.
She turns in really well with 245s all around, but I'll be at disadvantage in STR with 8.5s and 245s...but I'm a 67 year old geezer that just goes as hard as I can go...havin' fun.
Yes the anthracite color just about matches the Carbon...I'm a deep dish fan too.
Damn. If someone were to show me a picture of those rims by themselves, and then tell me they were on their Z, I would be like "lolurgay"; but they look really good surprisingly!
