Default What do you guys think of these wheels.

I am thinking of getting these in a set of 20"s I am not sure what off sets they come in, but here is a pic of the wheels and a link to site I am thinking of buying from.

also the link

http://www.wheelfire.com/scontent/Wh...=Non-%20Brembo

My car is a Magnetic Black Base Z. As of right now mostly stock besides some audio stuff. I am thinking of GF210 springs, but what else do you guys recommend I get so the wheels do not rub. Also, a friend recommended I get the Tein Basic Coil Overs he say's since I just street drive and do not race my car there would be no need to spend more. One thing to mention I searched the site, and found just a post your 20"s page, but not info on rubbing or what not I am a total noob when it comes to these things.

I'm not a big fan of Axis wheels, but a friend text me a picture last night of a 370Z with these wheels and it looked pretty sweet. As long as they come in decent offsets, I think they look pretty good.

Not a bad wheel but i personally wouldn't even think of running 20" wheels on a Z. Maybe on a G with a Body kit and slammage.

What so wrong with Axis wheels? They look good, and they are maybe not the lightest or what not, but I really don't care about that. The fit and finish seems good to me? I am sorry I am not trying to argue some of you guys, but I am just curios am I missing something here? Thanks.

theres nothing wrong with them. and theres nothing wrong with volks or work wheels or any of those. people have their opinions and then some people have elitist opinions.

I think they'll look good, and 20s look good on a Z, esp in black because they dont like bling-bling big when finished in black or a dark color.
good looking set of wheels amigo

Cool thanks Mike I was begging to think there is something seriously wrong with these wheels. It will be a little while for all of this as next week I am paying 600 bucks for a AMP and some more audio stuff, but the wheels will be here before my B-Day lol.

There are better values in proven wheels from major japanese manufacturers
than the product you've featured. My point was to demonstrate that you do
not need to spend an arm and a leg to get great wheels. Also, we should be
supporting the major wheel players through the recession. Some help define
import cars. Their products reach across platforms and are renowned the world
over. Even if you buy used jdm wheels you are doing your part. Now, why were
you going to support AXIS again?

Just food for thought.

Oh god, another one of these threads. I'll check back in a week to see how the "Volk > *all*" debate is raging.

^ Your my boy, Blue, but ill have to disagree...

Axis has been around since the beginning. Yes, they are American based company but they are by no means a fly by night wheel manf. They have always been about the Import scene and have always supported it since the beginning.

Some of their previous wheels have been seen as copies (debatable) but by no means even close to Rota, and they strive to make a good product. Its just that they had a problem with a small batch of Hiros years ago and now everybody tries to be cool and hop on the "craxis" bandwagon. Most dont even know why they dont like them, they just kids that want to be jdm.

Bottom line, they are a good wheel company and make quality wheels. I had the Hiros and loved them, only reason i switched is because i wanted wider fr and rr with a little more aggresive offsets.

They are fine, OP, if you like them then get them.

I did not mention manufacturers nor did I rely on the cheap shots previously
taken at axis. I am thinking metagame, and didn't want the OP to spend his
hard earned money on wheels which (imho) won't bring out the best in his
ride.

^ Well, i gave reasons to "support Axis", thats why the manf info and wheel quality stuff.

Ill give you this, though, imho they dont look that great on a 350Z because they were made for the 370Z on which they look much better.

I second that... Well.. at least its Not a Rota. It's not too bad, get what you can afford and get something you can afford to replace if they get damaged too.
